Returns Policy

At The Hi-Fi Consultants we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure that you can return any unwanted items quickly and easily.

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date your item is received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item was supplied with the original packaging it must be returned in its original packaging. If the item was supplied without original packing, it should return in the packing we provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hificonsultants.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that if you paid by card you will be charged a 1% restocking fee for each return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method.

If a return is rejected you will be notified of the decision and the reasons for it. The item will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be offered.

There are several reasons why a return may be rejected, including:

  1. The item is not eligible for return according to our returns policy.
  2. The item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way that makes it unsellable.
  3. The return request was not made within the specified time period.
  4. The customer failed to provide adequate evidence or proof of the defect or malfunction.
  5. The item was customised to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold.

We are committed to working with our customers to find a satisfactory resolution to any issue, but we must also ensure that our returns policy is applied fairly and consistently to all customers.

We encourage our customers to carefully review our returns policy and contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase or initiating a return. By working together, we can help ensure a smooth and stress-free shopping experience for everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns about our returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@hificonsultants.co.uk. We are always happy to help!
