Handling Time: We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that handling time can vary depending on the size of the item and the packing requirements. Our handling time can range from 3 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully package and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Locations: Due to complications with overseas shipping caused by Brexit, for a majority of our items we can only ship domestically within the United Kingdom. 

International Shipping for Factory-Packaged Items:

For international customers interested in purchasing an item, we offer shipping services exclusively for items that are in their original factory packaging. Please note that due to the delicate nature of what we sell, we want to ensure their safe transportation.

Therefore, we request customers to contact us at info@hificonsultants.co.uk prior to making a purchase to obtain a shipping quote. This quote will cover the shipping costs and any associated fees for international delivery. Please reach out to us with your shipping details so that we can provide an accurate quote tailored to your location and the specific items you wish to purchase. 

Personal Delivery and Collection: If you live within 70 miles of our distribution centre, we can offer a personal delivery service for your order. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the item yourself. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to come and collect your order.

Shipping Methods: We use a variety of trusted carriers to deliver our packages. We will choose the carrier that best suits the size and weight of your order. All shipments will include tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.

Delivery Times: Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking your package.
