Warranty Information
At The Hi-Fi Consultants, we offer a free three month warranty on the sale of second-hand goods to provide our customers with peace of mind and ensure their satisfaction with their purchase. The following are the terms and conditions of this warranty:
- The warranty covers defects and malfunctions that arise during normal use of the product, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for three months.
- To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or malfunction. This may include photographs, videos, or a description of the problem.
- The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer a refund or a credit towards a future purchase if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- If the product requires repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for shipping or delivery costs associated with returning the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping or delivering the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
- The warranty does not cover consumable items such as batteries or bulbs, or cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
- We reserve the right to void the warranty if the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than The Hi-Fi Consultants Ltd or its authorised representatives.
- This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights that the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
By purchasing a second-hand product from The Hi-Fi Consultants Ltd, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions of the free three month warranty.
