• First 30 Days: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Day 31 to Day 100: After the initial 30-day period, returns will be eligible for a full credit of the original purchase amount. This credit can be used towards the purchase of any new, used, or ex-demonstration products available on our website.
• Exclusions: This return policy does not apply to purchases made through our upgrade/trade-in scheme.
• Condition of Returns: All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers we believe are abusing our return policy, at our discretion.
