Our handling time can range from 3 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully package and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Locations: Due to complications with overseas shipping caused by Brexit, we currently only ship domestically within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are an overseas buyer and wish to purchase an item from our website, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss further.

Personal Delivery and Collection: If you live within 70 miles of our distribution centre, we can offer a personal delivery service for your order. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the item yourself. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to come and collect your order.

Shipping Methods: We use a variety of trusted carriers to deliver our packages. We will choose the carrier that best suits the size and weight of your order. All shipments will include tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
